Hi, I'm Kshiti.
I turn messy
ops work into
clean systems.

Operations Associate in Berlin with 5+ years of experience. I build automation tools to replace the manual work that slows teams down — starting with the problems I face every day.

Operations by day.
Builder always.

I'm Kshiti — an Operations Associate at McDonald's Berlin, managing 83 staff across 14 stations and 3 shifts every day. Before this I spent 2 years at TCS as a Product Operations Manager, coordinating delivery across 16+ countries for a global pharmaceutical client.

I hold an MSc in AI & Data Science from GISMA Berlin and I'm Agile certified. But honestly the work on this page didn't come from a classroom — it came from real shifts, real frustrations, and processes that were clearly broken.

Every tool here started as something I needed and couldn't find. So I built it.

"I don't build tools to put on a portfolio. I build them because the manual alternative was taking hours every week that nobody had."

Most ops problems aren't hard.
They're just not automated yet.

The same gaps show up in every shift-based operation — manual scheduling, invisible incidents, new hires with no support, managers making decisions without data.

I stopped waiting for someone else to fix them.

📋
Scheduling done manually in WhatsApp — 1–2 hours a week, prone to gaps and conflicts
🔇
Incidents logged verbally — patterns invisible, same problems every week
New hires interrupting managers 10+ times per shift with basic questions
📊
No single view of staff health — flight risk and performance decline invisible until too late

Four tools. Four real
problems solved.

From frustration
to shipped.

01
Notice the gap
Every tool started as something annoying me — a process eating time, a decision being made without data, a question asked for the tenth time that week.
02
Define it clearly
Before touching code I write a clear problem statement. What's the actual cost? Who does it affect every day? What does a real solution look like?
03
Build it properly
Working tools, not mockups. HTML, JS, APIs, serverless functions. Everything is functional and usable from day one — not just a pretty screenshot.
04
Use it at work
The tools go live and I actually use them. Collect feedback, spot what doesn't work, improve it. Exactly like a real product would be treated.
👋

Let's talk.

I'm open to roles in operations, product operations, project management, or AI workflow design. Based in Berlin, EU work permit, available now.
